Named after my Nana, Helene Elizabeth, our center is built on the values of resilience, empowerment, and creating pathways where none existed before. I know firsthand what it means to overcome obstacles. From leaving high school at 16 to working my way through college and building a career in higher education and workforce development, my journey has shaped how I approach helping others.
For over 27 years, I’ve worked with students, professionals, businesses, and government agencies, ensuring people not only get opportunities—but thrive in them. Our team specializes in bridging education and employment, creating customized career solutions, recruitment strategies, and workforce training that elevate individuals and organizations alike.
