The Helene Elizabeth Wellness Center is more than a brand; it’s a legacy—a heartfelt tribute to my Nana, who passed away when I was just ten years old. The unwavering strength and perseverance of the women who raised me—my Nana, my mother, and my godmother—form the bedrock of this center. Their lessons of unapologetically pursuing dreams, regardless of obstacles, resonate in every service I provide.

My therapeutic approach is deeply influenced by the ambition these incredible women instilled in me. I employ a range of methods tailored to meet my clients' unique needs, with cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing at the core of my practice.

Academically, I graduated Magna cum laude from CUNY - Hunter College, a testament to the dedication and determination I bring to all my endeavors.

Professionally, I have amassed 27 years of enriching experience in State and City Higher Education Universities, serving in roles from President and Provost to positions in Human Resources, Information Technology, Institutional Research, and Academic Scheduling. My collaborations with government agencies such as ACCES-VR, NYU Rusk Rehabilitation, and the Department of Environmental Protection, as well as with esteemed corporate entities like Partners & Levit, Everclear Software, and Ignite Media, have added depth to my portfolio.

In the past two years, I have focused on expanding my services to the New York City Department of Education and other government and non-profit clients. I specialize in recruiting applicants who meet the stringent requirements for active security clearances or those who are potentially clearable, reflecting my commitment to precision and excellence in serving a diverse clientele.
